Bio: I have been president and sole owner of Mulkerin Real Estate since 1988. The prior 10 years I was a partner of the second largest real estate company in our area. I received my real estate license in 1976. I have attended over 400 real estate courses specific to buyer agency, seller agency, financing, developing real estate, ethics, leadership, communication and real estate professionalism.
